Guided by the vision and dedication of Mr. Narendra Raval (Guru), we provide affordable building and construction materials to help Kenyan families construct homes cost-effectively. National Cement Company Limited marked the third significant growth and diversification initiative under the Devki Group. We began producing cement in 2010 under the Simba Cement brand, starting with a single grinding mill designed to deliver quality at an affordable price.
Recognizing the rising demand for Simba Cement, we expanded our grinding capacity fivefold in 2013. This allowed us to capture over 20% of the domestic market and begin exports to neighboring East African countries. To reduce reliance on imported raw materials, we invested in a local clinker production facility at Merueshi, enabling us to harness Kenyan resources to manufacture the products our customers trust and prefer.
